1. What we collect
Account data (name, email, timezone), purchase and entitlement records, course progress, content you post in the community, and — if you apply for mentorship — the answers you send in the application form. Payment details are held by Stripe, not by us.
2. How it's used
To deliver the course, send transactional email (receipts, booking confirmations, reminders), and improve the product. Marketing email only with your consent, unsubscribable in one click.
3. Your rights
Export or delete your data at any time by contacting us. Testimonials are published only with explicit consent and can be withdrawn.
4. Cookies and pixels
We use cookies to keep you signed in and ad pixels to measure which campaigns work; where your jurisdiction requires consent, they run only with it. We never sell your data.
5. Who processes it
Only the services that run the product touch your data: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (email delivery) and Bunny (video streaming). Each holds only what it needs to do its job.
6. Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted on request. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in any way that matters, we tell you by email before the change applies.
